1. What You're Buying

NexusForge sells digital products: templates, toolkits, spreadsheets, starter kits, and business resources. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

Product descriptions, screenshots, and previews on our website represent the content and quality of what you'll receive. We make every effort to accurately represent our products. If a product doesn't match its description, contact us for a resolution.

2. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a NexusForge product, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. This means:

• You can use the product for personal projects, your own business, and client work
• You can customize, modify, and adapt templates to fit your needs
• You can use the product for unlimited projects (no per-project limits)
• You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the original product files
• You cannot claim authorship of the original templates or rebrand them as your own product for sale
• You cannot include the raw template files in a product you sell to others

The work you create using our templates (proposals, financial models, pitch decks, etc.) is entirely yours. We claim no ownership over your customized output.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information -- it is handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect existing purchases. If you purchased a product at a given price, that price is final regardless of future changes.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a full refund.

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download, no way to "return" digital files), we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We are fair and reasonable -- if you're genuinely unsatisfied, we'll make it right.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All NexusForge products, website content, branding, and design are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license (see Section 2) but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

The NexusForge name, logo, and brand identity are our property. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

6. Product Disclaimers

NexusForge products are professional tools and starting points. They are not substitutes for professional advice:

• Contract and agreement templates are not legal advice. Have an attorney review documents before use in binding agreements.
• Financial model templates are planning tools, not financial advice. Consult a financial professional for investment decisions.
• Code starter kits are provided as development foundations. You are responsible for security, testing, and compliance in your production applications.

We build high-quality templates, but you are responsible for customizing them to meet your specific legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexusForge products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that they are error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusForge's total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NexusForge products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Specifically, you may not:

• Use purchased products to create competing template products for sale
• Share download links or product files with individuals who have not purchased a license
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from products beyond their intended use
• Use our products in connection with any illegal activity

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
